Denis A Barrett - MIPAV, MIREF, RIM, CIC, MNAA, DIP
Denis has studied both here in Ireland and in America. He gained a Diploma from the IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers) in Ireland and while in America became a Certified Auctioneer from Continental Auctioneer School of Auctioneering in the State of Minnesota. Along with this, he has over 8 years experience in the Auctioneering profession. Over the years, Denis has worked abroad in England, Germany and America but returned to Ireland where he has worked with GVM auctioneers in both their Limerick and Cork Offices. Since then, he has teamed up with Tracy Cahill to form Barrett Cahill Property Consultants.
Tracy Cahill - MIPAV, BA, MSc, DIP
Tracy graduated from University College Cork with a BA and received her MSc from Dublin Institute Of Technology. After college, Tracy went to California where she worked in property for 18 months. On her return Tracy set up Cork Property Management which was the initial basis to the letting and management side of Barrett Cahill. During this time she also received her Certificate in Auctioneering and Estate Agency Management from IPAV. Denis and Tracy teamed up in Spring 2003 to form Barrett Cahill Property Consultants. Tracy is also a member of IPAV.
